Terms of Service
These terms govern how you access and use the Lakrd platform provided by Lakrd Private Limited. Using the service means you agree to them.
The service
Lakrd is an ERP platform that connects sales, production, inventory, finance and HR into a single operational record, with intelligence running across those stages. The specific modules available to you depend on the plan and configuration agreed with us.
Your account and access
Access is granted to your organisation and issued to named users. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your accounts. Role-based controls let you decide who within your organisation can see and change what.
Your data
The operational data you enter and generate in Lakrd remains yours. We process it to provide the service to you, keep it isolated from other tenants, and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. On the end of your agreement, data handling follows what has been agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another tenant's data or breach isolation.
- Do not use the platform to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the service.
- Do not resell or expose access to the platform outside your agreement.
Implementation and configuration
Where we help migrate your data and configure the chain to your process, both sides will cooperate in good faith. Accurate source data and timely validation from your side help the rollout go smoothly, as set out in the implementation plan agreed with you.
Fees
Fees, plan scope and term are agreed in writing before you commit. Because an ERP depends on your modules, locations and configuration, pricing is scoped with you rather than fixed in advance here.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and dependable, and to protect your data through the measures described in our security approach. From time to time, maintenance or factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Liability
The service is provided on the terms agreed between us. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with Lakrd Private Limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Where a change is significant, we will make reasonable effort to make it visible to the businesses that use Lakrd.
