A sales order, keyed into a CRM, then re-keyed into an accounting package, then written again on a production sheet - before the shop floor even knew it existed. Lakrd exists to end that.
The businesses we saw were not short on effort or on tools. They had a system for sales, another for accounts, a spreadsheet for stock, and a separate routine for payroll. Each worked. None of them talked.
So the same information was entered again and again, and the gaps between systems were where things went wrong - stock that did not match the ledger, a production run scheduled against demand that had already changed, a bottleneck nobody saw until an order was late.
